VOTE – Alice Cooper, ‘Welcome to My Nightmare’ vs. AC/DC, ‘Night Prowler’: Rock’s Scariest Song Battle

SOURCE: UltimateClassicRock.com

After slashing their way through the competition, Alice Cooper‘s “Welcome to My Nightmare” and AC/DC‘s “Night Prowler” face off in a winner-take-all battle for top honors in our our Rock’s Scariest Song battle.

In honor of Halloween, we’ve chosen 16 of rock’s scariest songs. The field has been sliced, diced and chopped in half every week based on your votes, until only the most terrifying song in rock history remains alive — and now we’re down to the final two.

Both of these classic tracks have slain some worthy foes during the tournament, and it hasn’t always been close: “Night Prowler” took nearly 70 percent of the vote against Metallica‘s “One” and fared even better against Warren Zevon‘s “Werewolves of London,” while “Welcome to My Nightmare” made mincemeat of Judas Priest‘s “The Ripper” after polishing off Black Sabbath‘s “Black Sabbath.”

So which of these creepy cuts will emerge victorious? We’ve included both songs below so you can make an informed choice, and you can vote once per hour in each of this round’s Rock’s Scariest Song battles until polls close on Oct. 31 at 11:59PM ET. Your choice for Rock’s Scariest Song of all time will be revealed on Nov. 1, 2015.
